Privacy notice.
What we collect, why, how it is protected and what you can ask of us.
This notice explains what Valmont Society collects through this website, why, how it is protected and what you can ask of us. It applies to the application form and to email enquiries sent to the address on the contact page.
What we collect
Through the application and contact forms we collect only the information needed to review your enquiry: your name or preferred creator name, contact details, country and time zone, public social profile, creator stage, support interests, availability and anything you choose to tell us. We do not ask for, and you should never send, platform passwords, authentication codes, banking credentials, card numbers, explicit photographs, government ID or sensitive sexual-history information through this website.
How we use it
Application information is used to assess suitability, to contact you about your application and to arrange a private consultation where appropriate. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use application details for third-party marketing.
How it is protected
Information is kept access-controlled and confidential, retained only as long as justified, and handled with appropriate written agreements in place with any technology providers involved in processing it. Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, information concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation can be special-category data; we treat all applicant information with corresponding care.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to further contact at any time by emailing societyvalmontvs@gmail.com. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
